Karate Classes

Build confidence, discipline, and strength through Karate at the Carbondale Park District. This program focuses on developing fundamental techniques, coordination, and respect in a supportive and structured environment.

Participants will learn basic strikes, blocks, and forms while improving balance, focus, and overall fitness. Classes are designed to meet participants at their skill level, whether they are just starting out or continuing their training.

Karate is a great way to stay active, learn self-discipline, and gain confidence both on and off the mat.
