AIKIDO CLASSES

Aikido classes provide beginners with a solid grounding in kihon waza (basic techniques) and ukemi (the art of falling), as well as an introduction to Aiki weapons. Join us on Mondays and Wednesdays to learn from local instructors with more than 20 years of experience teaching Aikido! Ages 12+.
