Payment Information

• Payments can be made in-person, over the phone, or online via ActiveNet through the customer portal.
• Payment plans are available, but must be approved by the Superintendent of Recreation or the Lakeland Center Office Manager.
• Payments must be completed one week before the selected camp program begins otherwise the child will be removed from the camp roster.
• Scholarships are available for our summer camp programs only. Scholarship forms may be requested in-person or by phone at the Lakeland Center, 925 S. Giant City Road, 618-549-4222. The Carbondale Park District will not hold any spots in a camp session for any camper, while the application is being completed. Campers will only be registered after a completed scholarship form is turned in and approved by staff.

Please allow at least 5 business days for your application to be processed.

You will be contacted by either phone or email as to the status of your request. Being granted assistance does not guarantee your placement in Carbondale Park District programs. If assistance is granted, you must follow current registration guidelines and pay your portion of the program fees to be enrolled in the program. You are not registered until your payment is received. There will not be a spot reserved for a program prior to payment received.
