CARBONDALE, Ill. — The Carbondale Park District invites the community to enjoy an evening of Halloween fun at S’mores & Spells Outdoor Movie Night on Wednesday, October 21, at Parrish Park, 2500 W. Sunset Drive in Carbondale.

Presented as part of the community-wide Carbondale Halloween celebration, the free event will feature an outdoor screening of the 1984 comedy classic Ghostbusters, along with complimentary popcorn, s’mores, and a campfire.

Activities begin at 6:30 p.m., with the movie scheduled to start at dusk, approximately 7:00 p.m., once conditions are dark enough for outdoor viewing.

Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs, gather their family and friends, and settle in for a fall evening under the stars.

Admission is free, and no registration is required. Popcorn and s’mores will be available while supplies last.
